The BMW Z4 Coupe is not only breathtaking in the power stakes but also practical. The Z4 Coupe shows a depth of engineering only to be found in a BMW car. The Z4 Coupe delivers unrivalled performance and driving pleasure without exception.

The best car I’ve ever owned. Yes boot is small, but you only need soft bags and you can fit holiday luggage in! Excellent engine and engineering.

Mine is silver sport with heated seats xenons piano black trim and loudspeaker system great sound. I adore shape and the feel of car but being us built I don’t think quality is up with german BMW. Ride is very hard and rough roads do require patience I tested a se and sport but found si a better drive. Mine is auto has paddles great drive.30 mpg ave and insurance is ave 400 pounds comp. I love this car but will change for a cayman one day!!

I have a Porsche Cayman S and a Z4 coupe too. The Cayman S is a better car but no real feeling behind the wheel. It’s too perfect for a sport car, no emotion. The Z4 coupe is the opposite. Not the best handling car but really fun (a sport car need to be fun). A Porsche is not cheap to run, insurance is really high, services are high too. I love Porsche but go for an old one or a second hand Carrera 4. The Cayman S is great car but will be not remembered as a great Porsche - Benji Picot from Scotland

Saved up for years and waited for 5 years no claims for this car. It’s pricey to run, set of tyres will cost £800 absolute minimum as will insurance, mine was over a grand at 28 y.o. But is it worth it, oh yes. There isnt much on the road that will beat it off the lights when the sport button is on. This makes it sound like a dream and increases the aggression of accelleration. It flies up the gears and will be pulling hard even over 130 mph in fifth gear. One negative; when the tyres start to wear handling on rutted roads requires concentration. Those lorry lane grooves on the motorway will make the car track along them, requiring a determined turn to free yourself. Massive, massive fun though and looks stunning in montego blue

Forget Clarkson’s dribble, after all he’s only a B grade comedy writer who was born with looks that heavy drinking women wouldn’t look twice at. We need to remember that this clown couldn’t drive a finger up a greased orifice let alone judge whether a sports car was worth it’s salt. I have the enviable pleasure of kicking the tires every morning of a Z4 Coupe Si (Yes the M is for those that live near race tracks) that from a review he’s put his name to suggests is a dog. I’m convince he’s had a brian snap that recalled visions of his past girl friends and god forbid what he falls into bed with these days, let’s not go there. Let me tell you these things are made to give punters with minimal folding the option to wean off precription drugs and getting drunk with the boys. Forget the other Germans (build quality is not up to the flag yet) and the Japs, the Z4 Coupe is like an inbuilt alarm clock, it just rings louder the longer you avoid it, like an itch you have to scratch. If your last memory was good, get ready to put your license to circulate on the line because this car will give you the don’t care atitude (And I’m not advocating this, I’m only speaking from personal experience) to part with a few points and pounds , just for the hell of ticking those boxes. If you can’t afford to buy one, do your self a favor and go and test drive one, you will understand why people like me have battled with the wife (not the kids they love it) to sacrificed quite a few mortage repayments to live life today and pay for it later. Believe me it’s worth the experience. These life experiences are not going to get any cheaper (sorry for sounding like a poli). Put your fist in your pants and tell me if you want to have a go, quality machines are like sex, they are the most infectious sensations you will ever have.

What a review mate. Never read anything quite like that, and if people don’t want to drive it after that, well, they’re already dead. Nice one! - John Do from England
You come across as a really immature d*ckhead - Tom from England
You obviously have a very small p*nis - Big Fella from Derbyshire
