Aston Martin V8 Vantage 2007

I have owned mine since March 2010. Yes, there are faster cars, and there are aspects about the car that are a bit quirky, the hand brake for one, and the Sat Nav for another, it is certainly not a ’gadget’ car. But so what; what it has makes you smile everytime you drive it; the terrific engine sound, effortless acceleration, lovely interior, fabulous headturning shape, and a ride, more like a go-kart. It’s great.

Aston Martin V8 Vantage V8 Vantage 2008

We have had our AM for a month now having upgraded from a Porsche Carrera... and what an upgrade!! The roar of the engine is awesome. And it definitely turns heads! A totally sexy car! We love it!

Sporty looking with a beautiful interior. It is very difficult to keep to speed limits in the Vantage as it is just begging to be driven quickly. The ride is firm, handling excellent and the engine is responsive - the sound when you put your foot down still makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end. There have be mentions of excessive road noise and I’d have to say that while this is certainly evident it is in no way intrusive. This is a real sports car and can do 0-60 in 5 seconds. A great looking, powerful and surprisingly reasonably priced sports car. A joy to own, a joy to drive and the coolest looking car in the world.

I’ve had this car for 6 months now and it’s still as exciting as ever to hear that engine. A wonder of design and engineering, everything about it just jaw dropping. Yes it’s a statement car and I do enjoy arriving to business meetings in it. Yes it turns heads where ever you go in it, but it’s also a damn fine drive and although you’ll pay through the nose for running costs, what price perfection?

Spoil yourself, so what if it means you have to remortgage your house? You want it, I know because everyone stares at mine. Perfect is the word. You are all jealous!
