Finally an Aston Martin you can drive if there’s more than one other person in your life. I tested the Porsche Panamera and the Bentley Continental but something always kept on drawing my eye back to the Aston. It is a beautiful car and oozes quality. It’s extremely comfortable, there’s enough room in the back for the kids, and yes it is very fast as you would expect. Can’t really think of a downside, if you’re after a four seat sports car then you can’t go wrong.

Sports cars are selected on many equations and the DBS delivers on all of them. Even on price at £60,000 plus it beats many of its rivals but in this review because I have to keep it short, I’ll talk about one of the best attributes. The DBS is the first production Aston Martin to make extensive use of ultra-light carbon-fibre body panels, which results in high levels of performance and control thanks to the combination of inherent light weight, near-perfect weight distribution and a powerful and flexible V12 engine.

I have owned mine since March 2010. Yes, there are faster cars, and there are aspects about the car that are a bit quirky, the hand brake for one, and the Sat Nav for another, it is certainly not a ’gadget’ car. But so what; what it has makes you smile everytime you drive it; the terrific engine sound, effortless acceleration, lovely interior, fabulous headturning shape, and a ride, more like a go-kart. It’s great.

Had mine a couple of years - very nice drive which always makes you feel special. One complaint is that the standard sound system is not loud enough to compete against the exhaust and the sub rattles when a bassy song come on!

Received my DB9 Volante in March following the disposal of my 911 Turbo. Both great cars. However the style and handling together with the finish sets the DB9 apart. I know the Volante is not a purists car, but for me simply sensational!!

I’ve had the car for nearly three months now and I am amazed by the sheer power of the beast!!! The huge surge of power that comes when you really put your foot down is truly phenomenal, it brings a smile to your face every time. The only slight problem is that the exhaust note remains quiet below 4000rpm, when this mark is passed a valve opens up and the full sound of that fantastic V12 fills the cabin. Unfortunately this makes you drive the car hard, as all you want to do is hit 4000 rpm, now in a normal car this wouldn’t be too much of a problem but this little craving has got me a fair few speeding tickets!!! On the whole a fantastic car and who doesn’t want to look like Bond, eh???

We have had our AM for a month now having upgraded from a Porsche Carrera... and what an upgrade!! The roar of the engine is awesome. And it definitely turns heads! A totally sexy car! We love it!

Aston Martin V12 Vanquish S S 2007
I had a vanquish and swapped it for an "S" the difference is "no contest." They have solved the clutch, the brakes and the interior. The handling and power is breathtaking. Overtaking on an A road is just stunning. The only problem is keeping ot of jail ! I have driven it across Europe and just wanted to turn around and do it again. Oh why have they stopped making it! I want 2!

Three words for you...LOVE THIS CAR!!! It is one of my favorite types of cars other than the Porsche, the European C-30 Volvo, and the Rubicon Jeep Wrangler. I am really in to fast and hot cars and this one is definitely number 1 on my list!! For those of you who like this car should check out a book with the cars that I listed above called Twilight by Stephenie Meyer, and the other books in her series..there are only 2 more...and 1 currently getting published.(out on August 2nd 2008 at 12:01 am)Just a fair warning, these books are one of my personal favorites but are NOT all about cars....but they do contain some sweet rides that are included in the movies Twilight,(coming to theaters December 12 2008)New Moon,(TBA)Eclipse,(TBA)and the last book in the series which is not yet published(TBA).Thank you for reading!!

Sporty looking with a beautiful interior. It is very difficult to keep to speed limits in the Vantage as it is just begging to be driven quickly. The ride is firm, handling excellent and the engine is responsive - the sound when you put your foot down still makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end. There have be mentions of excessive road noise and I’d have to say that while this is certainly evident it is in no way intrusive. This is a real sports car and can do 0-60 in 5 seconds. A great looking, powerful and surprisingly reasonably priced sports car. A joy to own, a joy to drive and the coolest looking car in the world.

I’ve had this car for 6 months now and it’s still as exciting as ever to hear that engine. A wonder of design and engineering, everything about it just jaw dropping. Yes it’s a statement car and I do enjoy arriving to business meetings in it. Yes it turns heads where ever you go in it, but it’s also a damn fine drive and although you’ll pay through the nose for running costs, what price perfection?

As soon as you sit in this car you know you’re in for a treat. It will turn heads everywhere it goes and will get you everywhere in style. Of course it’s beautifully crafted, from the leather interior to the purring engine and there really is nothing better than an Aston Martin to bring a smile to your face and make you feel like you’re in an 007 film! Is it economical to run, oh heck no, is it worth every penny, oh yes and more!

Awesome is the only word to describe this car. 520bhp of pure adrenalin pumping power make this a true supercar. The line of the body is breathtakingly beautiful and the interior lets you know that you are sitting in one of the fastest and luxurious cars on the market. No, this isn’t the cheap option of getting from A to B but if you can afford it, go for it because you’ll never regret it. If you can’t afford it? Sell your house, cash in the kids college fund!! Do I love this car? OH YES!

If you want a car that will look good sat on your driveway this is the car for you, because that’s where it will spend most of it’s time, unless of course it’s back in at the garage!! Dreadful handling, useless boot and back seats you couldn’t even wedge a small child into. Shameful!
