Volkswagen Golf R32 2007

Hello. First my air conditioner sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t. I went to an electrician and he told me I needed to change the compressor because it doesn’t have pressure. Secondly, the radio is showing me an error. I don’t know if there is a CD stuck inside. Can anybody help me with this two problems?

Volkswagen Golf R32 2009

After driving my Volkswagen Golf R32 for a few miles the car will not restart for another hour - has anyone else experienced this?

Hi Steve, start with the daft thing first, change the inline fuel filter make sure it’s fitted the correct way round as some are directional. Then go for a run. If it stops, take off your fuel filler cap and get one of those Halford’s ’fit anything’ plastic ones for a pound. Try another run, it could just be airlocking in the tank. Most injection systems run with a bit of a vacuum in the tank, that’s why you hear the rush of air when filling up. If that gets you going, possibly it’s the fuel pump on its last legs as the next point of call so get a garage to pressure test the injection system, sadly that’s where the bills start! - Steve North from Nottinghamshire

Volkswagen Golf R32 2008

My R32 won’t hold it’s charge!? I’ve had a new battery and alternator fitted by VW who also can’t understand the problem? Can anybody help or advise? Many thanks, Phil.
