Toyota Corolla Hatchback 2003

I have recently fitted a new clutch onto my Toyota Corolla. I have bled the system a number of times but the pedal remains on the floor. Can you advise what action I should take now to resolve the problem? Thanks. (Diesel)

Can the plastic headlamp covers be replaced separately or does one have to replace the whole headlamp unit? (1.6 vvti)
