Toyota Avensis Hatchback 2005

I have one of the first Avensis models with 2.2 diesel engine and 6-speed gearbox (manufactured in June 2005). In a manual, it stated to change cam belt after 70k. But I am not sure the engine has one, should be a chain driven. Any advice? (2.2 D4-D)
