I have had my Skoda Fabia Estate for two months and have noticed that I`m only getting 30mpg. As it`s a 1400 diesel I know that I should be getting more and I`m very disappointed. Can anyone suggest what the problem could be? I have checked the intercooler for leads and exhaust systems and it has been on diagnostics. The timing is okay. I can`t think of anything else to try. Can anyone help? (Ambiente)

The alarm goes off in sub zero temperatures in the middle of the night. Happened a couple of nights a year ago when it was -8. It has started again now that the temperature is as low. Any clues as to what is going on and a solution? Any advice much appreciated (especially by my neighbours!).

If your lights are misting up, clean them with glass cleaner. if you wash the car with wax water, remember to wash your head light and rear light with glass cleaner. this will stop your lights misting up. Never use wax on the lights!

When you wash your car in wax water, clean your headlight with Glass cleaner this will stop your headlight misting! And do the same to the rear light. Never wax the headlights If it does not work first time, just keep at it it will work - Sidney Parker from Staffordshire
