SEAT Exeo ST 2011

My Seat Exeo Tech appears to only accept DVDs for the sat nav. If I try to load a CD, it won’t go in. The screen says there are six places for CDs, one for DVD and two SD slots. Am I missing something? Is there a seperate box to put CDs in or is it supossed to be a stack system on the dash? The garage I just visited said I cannot play CDs whilst using the sat nav, well surely that can’t be right? (sport tech)

Buy two 8GB SD card online from Amazon for about £7 each. You write your CD music (in MP3 form) to SD card using iTunes or something similar. Then you can run up to 2,500 songs through the Bose speaker system - fantastic! Incidentally, my iPod socket to the Exeo is useless! So I don’t bother - SD cards are fine! - Mike from Lancashire

The six CD places are actually up to five playlists that you can define on the iPod. CD6 will just play all music on iPod. There is only one dvd/cd drive, so you cannot play CDs if the Satnav DVD is in use. I have not tried it yet, but you can copy the DVD to an 8GB SD card, and use that in Slot 1 SD card socket. That should free up the CD drive for music. Hope this helps - Capribloke from England

SEAT Arosa 1997

After getting 30 yards down the road, the brake warning light flashes with a beeping noise. I’ve checked the brake fluid which is on max. The handbrake light switch is not stuck on either. The car also has new front discs and pads. What could be the problem?

Answers

I have a SEAT Arosa and it has done 56,000 on a 51 plate. I GOT THE NOISE! I got a bit scared because I was driving on a fast road at the time. I have a feeling it’s to do with the service on mine because one is due like... 3 months ago, but it could be different for others - Heidi Bloomer from Buckinghamshire
