Saab 9-3X 2002

Our Saab, now that it is turned off, is not locking manually with the key or using the clicker on the key. Once we found out it was not locking properly we tried to turn it back on, however it is now not turning on. What is our problem?

My ABS, airbag and steering warning lights have all come on and the display on my radio went off. Could this be due to the recent (extremely cold) weather?
