I have drained the battery on my Saab 9-3 Sport Saloon and I can’t get the car to start? It just won’t turn over. It was working and then died on me?

The glow plug has snapped on my Saab 9-3 and I can’t get the rest out. Can anyone advise how I might get the rest out?

Saab 9-3 Sport Saloon 2008

I’m thinking of changing our car shortly. I have now retired so mileage has plumetted but I still want economy though. It will have to pull a caravan, have enough space to take a 2" scale miniture Traction Engine and driving trolley in the back plus all the other bits that go with running it. What do I look out for? It will have to be second hand. What’s the servicing cost likely to be and which year is best avoided? (1-9 TiD)
