Saab 9-3 Convertible 2010

When raising the convertible top, the windows do not lower automatically. In my previous Saab models, the vehicle came with this option. Is there software that can be installed to remedy this situation?

I am thinking of swapping my black Saab 9-3 Convertible 2006 with 20,000 on it and buying an Audi TT Roadster 2008, metallic red, 9,000 miles. Just reassurance required that I am making the right move.
