Renault Koleos 2011

I just had an accident with in my Renault Koleos. It is 3 months old. The whole rear bumper is loose. Is it true that the parts are only available overseas and not here in South Africa? I was told this by the panel beaters...

Renault Koleos 2008

My radio/CD player no longer works and I have been quoted $1700 Aus dollars by the Renault dealer for a replacement... Is there any cheaper option? I can’t find anyone who can fix the problem either... (my 2 year old son put a coin in the CD player and it hasn’t been working since). Thanks.

How do you change the time(clock) in a Koleos? I have read the manual cover to cover but cannot find the answer.

Press and hold down "Radio/CD" button on steering column audio stalk (!) until clock display flashes, change hours with vol +/-, do again for minutes - Nic Kitchin from England
