Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 1998

Hey guys, me and my fiancée recently purchased a Lancer CE. It runs perfect in 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th gear but when we hit 5th it starts vibrating. I’m not mechanically gifted so I don’t know what the issue is and it costs a fortune to have someone take a look. Can anyone help or advise?
