I bought a Fiat Doblo Cargo 1.9 diesel non turbo on ebay as a non runner with a blown headgasket. I changed the head because it was cracked. Now it starts fine and will idle very smoothly for ten minutes but then it starts misfiring, shaking the whole engine. If you switch it off and start it again it will run smoothly for ten minutes but then starts misfiring again. If you drive it you can cruise nicely on the motorway for ten minutes and then you will feel the misfiring and it will start losing power and then switch off. If I start it again and it will drive for ten minutes. On my scanner it isn`t showing any codes. Can anyone help?

Hello, I have a problem with my Fiat Doblo Cargo 1.3 Multijet... I can’t get warm air into the car, the fan is working but there is no heat. What might be the problem?
Answers
There could be air in your water system or possibly the head gasket. Check there is no oil in the water. If there is, it will be the head gasket and also check the oil to see if there is water in that because that can also mean head gasket - Paul Dand from Lincolnshire
Compare the temperatures of the top and bottom radiator hoses. If the top is hot and the bottom cold them it could be your thermostat is not opening for circulation - Jomanda Thompson from Leicestershire

I have a problem with valves or more likely turbo on my Fiat Doblo Multijet Cargo 2006. It struggles to maintain speed when going up an incline. It drives round town great but on the motorway, it can drop from over 70mph to around 45-50 mph on an incline. Any help or suggestions please.
