Citroen DS3 2011

I have a new Citroen DS3 car and recently it cuts out every now and then and the battery light comes on and everything turns off. This has happened four times whilst I’m driving and several times when I’m waiting in traffic. The dealers have been very unhelpful in resolving this and have said if there is no warning light on the dashboard then they can’t do anything. How is this right? They have said that they will have a look at the end of the week so I have now been waiting 5 days to get it sorted. I really don’t feel safe driving it as they have told me to continue doing. Can anyone help?

Can I turn off the SOS button on my Citroen DS3? It is not placed above the head but on the right hand side of the console, very near to my knee and hands, and to be honest I was appalled to learn that I could be made to pay £1000 if the button is pressed in error.(sport plus)

Hi. Sometimes when starting my Citroen DS3, it fails to start and displays a message saying something is wrong with the gearbox. After a few attempts the car eventually starts. Is this a common problem with this model or should I be worried? Thanks. (Automatic)

How on earth do I undo the bonnet catch on my DS3. Please help my washers need more water!

Hopefully you have managed it by now. If not, the release is in the passenger door footwell area, then as you are looking at the bonnet slide, slide your hand towards the centre fingers pointing to floor. You will feel a plastic lever near centre. Press towards left - Janet Smith from England
