My BMW 3-Series Convertible has a functioning TMPS. I’d like to switch now from summer to winter tires+rims, and am looking to buy a set of the latter (4 wheels+tires). My questions: 1. Where exactly are the TMPS sensors for this car located? If they are mounted in the rim, I will need the winter rims to have them also, yeah? 2. If the sensors are not part of the rim (but presumably located nearby), would I be able to get a wheels+tires set that doesn’t have the sensors in them? Many thanks for your assistance. Alex. (330Ci with sports package (i.e., optional 18" tires))

Has anyone had failure of fuel injectors and NOx sensor in their 330i 2007 convertible? Mine has just had failure of two injectors at 34,000 miles, but all six had to be replaced as new injectors are not compatible with original ones. It seems a major problem to have at this age and mileage. Anyone with similar experience? (330i)

I am on my third Nitox sensor. I bought the car new in 2007 and have only done 38,000 miles. I am amazed - David from Berkshire
BMW 3 Series Convertible 2007. Car has done 53k miles. Fuel injectors being changed today for 3rd time. First at 20k miles, then 30k miles. I am told this is a common problem with this car. Any other people had similar problems? - Steve from Lancashire

I’d appreciate any comments from owners of latest version of 3 series convertible, specifically regarding noise. I’ve had the previous soft top version as well as the one prior to that and, whilst I loved both cars, the creaks caused by lack of rigidity were an ongoing irritation. I’ve heard the hard top top version has eliminated this problem and that refinement is virtually as good as the non-convertible 3 but before splashing out, I’d be grateful for any comments. Many thanks.
