This is a great car, really pleased with it. Very sporty looking and extremely nippy. Would have given it 5 stars but for the stupid name (who thinks these things up)?!

Simply the quickest hatch point to point I’ve ever had and all the experts agree. Goes like the clappers, handles like a dream, does 32+ to the gallon on the motorway. Looks stunning as well. Recently went to the Renault WS race day at Donington, 10th Sept ’07 and on the way down there kids in the backs of other cars were grinning, waving, pointing and giving the thumbs up as I passed them, no doubt saying either "wow" or " look at that dad!" . Seriously though, what a car. I had a 225 Cup before this R26, but this just grips so much better. For under £250 per month it cannot be beaten.

My 3rd totally reliable clio. Very comfortable and lovely to drive. Lots of room and economical too. 1.4 engine very responsive . Only complaint, suspension a bit on the firm side.

One tip for future purchasers of this vehicle GET THE DIESEL!! The petrol is underpowered and thrashy at the top end whilst at the low end the torque leaves you wandering, well where the torque is to be honest. Apart from this the car looks well and the cabin space is a nice place to be. The roof works without fault which is novel for this end of the Coupe Cab sector, just please don't get the petrol.

Brilliant car, plenty of room inside, versatile, big enough for the family small enough to be economic and for city life. Lovely to drive.

A stylish car, nice to drive with a good feeling of safety. On the down side though, it does need filling up far more often that I would have hoped.

This car is one of those that you can’t help doing a double take at yet it’s not flashy, real understated class. The roof mechanism is quiet and efficient and and is indeed quick. I’ve not had the car long and the typical English summer we’ve been having has meant the roof has been up more than down but the glass roof makes up a little for this. Handling is surprisingly light and the drive very enjoyable.

I’ve been driving my Clio now for 5 months and it has given me 3500 faultless miles so far. Economical to run and insure, with enough storage space to suit all needs I’d thoroughly recommend this car to anyone.

An excellent all round family car with plenty of room for two children.Boot space also good.Handles road well.Safety features 100%.Only downside is the boot collects rain water so when you open it the water falls on your head!
