BMW very rarely make mistakes but that is what has happened here. Not up to BMW’s usually high standards, the X3 performs more like a saloon than the compact SUV it purposes to be and the build quality is simply not good enough for a vehicle of this price. Budget BMW.... read more

We spent over £40,000 on one of these brand new. I can’t fault the BMW Recovery Service - as we needed their help consistently before we finally got fed up with it and returned it to the dealer demanding a full refund. On the plus side the car was fun when it worked and the dealer was very helpful, but having spent this muck money on the car we wouldn’t have expected it to be in the garage for five weeks of the two months that we owned it for... The faults: roof sensors were not configured properly - so the roof refused to lock down; resulting in not being able to drive it and the interior getting wet when it rained (windows also locked down) and the engine management system shut down - a problem that the parts were not available to fix. BUY ONE OF THESE AT YOUR OWN RISK..!

As always with BMW, options are very expensive, but the car and engine are absolutely awesome. Blisteringly quick at any speed and a huge amount of fun on the mountain roads of Wales. Well worth the extra £120 per month in lease costs to get the 335d. With mixed city and motorway driving I get around 31mpg, which I feel is more than acceptable a car with 286bhp on tap!

Excellent handling and responsiveness on the X5, for me, really sets it apart from the competition. Terrific to drive and looks the biz, what more could you want?

Such a great car, so pleased I finally made the jump from Audi. Handles superbly, a real pleasure to drive and very reasonable to run. Excellent value for money.

I did a LOT of research to find the best coupe before parting with my hard earnt cash. The 3-Series came out top on most of the sites that I looked at and this persuaded me to get one. Glad I did! This car is a delight, get one if you can.

The BMW X5 is like a 4x4 BMW 5 Series. Great car, roomy, but as with any BMW the must have extras do hike up the price though.

This is a luxurious and stylish car that is good to drive. There is plenty of space inside and all in all it is a very impressive executive model.

I have only just taken delivery of my new BMW Series 1 and so far I have only good things to say about it. My daughter loves it too and loves being able to ride in the front as ISOFIX and front passenger airbag deactivation is available as standard. Thoroughly recommend.
