Peugeot Bipper HDI-70 2011

5 star review

The Peugeot Bipper is a very practical van. The fuel consumption about 6L/100 km, but I was ready for this; consumption less than 5L is unrealistic for a toll commercial van. The ride is good, I have driven this car on bumpy mountain roads through Romania and Greece for many miles in snow and rain without any problems. I like this vehicle.

Peugeot Bipper Professional 2011

I bought this van for our delivery service around town and country lanes, and it drives very well as other reviews have stated. At the first check over, after a month, I had roof bars fitted; 3 cross bars form the loading facilility on the roof area. At anything over 40mph there is significant noise caused by the wind resistance on the front bar which is directly above the drivers head. At Dual carriageway speeds, employers will need to be getting seriously engrossed with Health & Safety noise assessments. Vans are noisy we all know that, sound reducing material fitted above the driver would be a significant assistance if you are fitting roof bars as there doesn’t appear to be any as standard.

Peugeot Bipper 1.4 HDI Professional 70bhp 2011

This van is amazing! I have a business teaching people to play instruments, but the two main reasons for getting this was: 1). For the Mobile Rock School sessions that I do having to lug music equipment around and 2). For its great fuel consumption. I went from a 2.0 petrol 2001 Ford Focus straight to the Peugeot Bipper and I now completely understand why people have stuck to diesel engines. Fuel economy on this is amazing, the driver has tons of room and not to mention a nice big view of the road. It’s not only smooth to drive, but exciting to drive too, and best of all there’s plenty of advertising space on the van. If you have had any thoughts on buying this van then just test drive one and that will decide it for you right there and then.
