Bought our car in 2006 from new. The reason we went for Renault is for its safety reputation as we had three small children at the time. Basic advice "steer clear"! The most unreliable car you could imagine. No joke. I don’t know what mileage we have clocked up because we are on our second dash clock, but it’s about 110,000 miles. We are on our third turbo, the back windows won’t work, it’s just bill after bill. Do they still make Ladas? it would be a step up.
