I have a 2006 Expert hdi, I have owned it for nearly 2 years, I am fairly pleased, but I have had problems starting from cold during the winter. Took it into main dealer, glow plugs replaced, fuel pump replaced, they traced air entering into fuel lines hence diluting the mixture. They replaced the lines, they had it for a week tested it said it was now ok, spent a fortune. It has been cold again (last week) and would you believe it will not start on the key, starter spinning fast enough etc, have to bump start every morning, which it fires up after about 20ft downhill. I have decided to keep it until Autumn then chop it in for a Connect.

My van is used to carry our wheel chairs, only 17500 miles on clock in three years, I don’t think much of it. We got the plain 1900cc, it has no guts.
