I’m from Yorkshire and have the same problems with my E7, parts replaced on numerous occasions in short spaces of time, this vehicle has cost me a lot of money and is often off the road with faults. I’m fed up with it and glad someone has stood up to them and is getting a positive result. My daughter wrote to Trading Standards and within the first couple of years, when cabdirect refused to replace the flywheel and clutch etc, in the end they replaced it. A few years later I have now had to replace it again today, this is only one incidence and one part, there have been other problems, this vehicle is a liability not an asset!! Please include me in this process of complaint, I will also email you directly. Let’s hope we will finally get some justice for a ’vehicle sold not fit for it’s purpose’
