The Kia Rio, a supermini that's got great looks and more personality than a celebrity gameshow. The new Rio is Euro 4 compliant, you're being kinder to the environment too.

Kia Rio 1300 cc 2003

I have a 2003 Kia Rio 1300 cc. The road tax is £?170 per year. I think that is to much for an engine that size. What do you think?
