If high-performance cars are your thing, then the Evo website could be the place for you. The website is based on the popular car magazine, which was first published in November 1998 and is part of the Dennis Publishing group which also produces magazines such as Maxim, Men's Fitness and Viz.
The tagline states that Evo is all about the thrill of driving and it's easy to see why as a quick search around the website shows that the emphasis is clearly placed on hot hatches and super cars.
There are extensive car reviews to trail through at Evo with the specifications of most listed models placing importance firmly on performance with categories such as top speed, max torque and max power. Evo also offers links to other websites where you can find the car that you're researching or a similar used version.
Evo encourages its readers to interact and this is reflected through its online forums where users could potentially arrange meetings or just engage in debate about their favourite new and used cars. There are also regular competitions run at Evo, along with an Evo store where you can buy products related to the Evo brand including the Evo magazine itself.
